"We shall not cease from exploration and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started
and know the place for the first time." (T S Eliot)

There's a monster in the sky,
Over there,
His arms are outstretched
Like a crucifix,
But he keeps fading from view.
And yet if I stare long enough
He is there again.
Oh, those stars behind him,
Shining like the centuries,
Just like him,
The longer I gaze
The brighter they gleam.
It's far too much for this world
With its petty drama and greed,
But there he is,
His arms outstretched,
And the stars shining
Like the centuries,
Just like him.
And he’s carrying a sword.
